Digital Products — No Refunds
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a product has been downloaded or a license key has been activated, no refunds will be issued. Digital products cannot be “returned” in the same way as physical goods, and we are unable to verify that a product has been fully removed from your systems after delivery.
We encourage you to take advantage of any free versions, documentation, and product descriptions available on our website to thoroughly evaluate a product before making a purchase.
Subscriptions
For subscription-based products, you may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Cancellations can be made through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal. Upon cancellation, your access will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for the remaining time in a billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for previous billing cycles.
Exceptions
While our general policy is no refunds, we may consider exceptions in the following cases: if a critical technical defect prevents the product from functioning as described and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, or if you were charged incorrectly due to a system error. In such cases, please contact us at info@acs-developer.com with a detailed description of the issue. Each case will be reviewed individually at our discretion.
Chargebacks
We kindly ask that you contact us directly at info@acs-developer.com before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving any issues and finding a fair solution. Please note that all payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as the Merchant of Record, and chargebacks are handled in accordance with their policies.
