Digital Products and Licenses
Due to the nature of digital products, downloadable files, license keys, and implementation support, sales are generally final once a product has been downloaded, a license key has been issued or activated, or support work has started. Digital products cannot be returned in the same way as physical goods.
We encourage you to review product descriptions, free versions, documentation, and consultation options before making a purchase.
Subscriptions and Fixed-Period Licenses
If a product is subscription-based, you may cancel future renewals according to the checkout provider’s instructions or by contacting ACS Developer before renewal. Fixed-period licenses remain active until the end of the purchased license period unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Exceptions
While our general policy is no refunds, we may consider exceptions if a critical technical defect prevents the product from functioning as described and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, or if you were charged incorrectly due to a system error. Each case will be reviewed individually.
Chargebacks
Please contact us directly at info@acs-developer.com before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. We will review the issue and try to find a fair solution. Chargebacks are handled according to the policies of the payment service provider used at checkout.
