ACS Developer offers digital products including WordPress plugins and desktop software applications. Our products are sold through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. Products may be offered as subscription-based licenses or one-time purchase licenses, as specified on each product page.
3. Purchases and Payment
All payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy. By making a purchase, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy’s Buyer Terms & Conditions (https://www.lemonsqueezy.com/buyer-terms). Prices are displayed on each product page and may be subject to applicable taxes, which are calculated and handled by Lemon Squeezy.
4. License
Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product in accordance with the license terms specified on the product page. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or modify the product beyond what is permitted by the license. Violation of these license terms may result in the termination of your license without a refund.
5. Subscriptions
For subscription-based products, your license remains active as long as your subscription is current. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal. Upon cancellation, your license will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which access to premium features will be revoked.
6. Free Products
Some of our products are offered free of charge. Free products are provided “as is” without any warranty. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify free products at any time without notice.
7. Refunds

8. Intellectual Property
All products, content, designs, code, logos, and trademarks on this website are the intellectual property of ACS Developer and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
