Some products and licenses are distributed or sold through Locany (https://locany.net/) using WooCommerce and ACS License Manager. Product type, license period, included support, and price are shown on each product or checkout page.
3. Purchases and Payment
Paid products are purchased through the checkout flow shown on each product page, including Locany product pages where applicable. Payment methods, taxes, receipts, account pages, download links, and license delivery may be handled by Locany, WooCommerce, ACS License Manager, and the payment service provider displayed at checkout. ACS Developer does not directly collect or store full credit card numbers.
4. License
Upon purchase or free download, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product in accordance with the license terms specified on the product page. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or modify the product beyond what is permitted by the license.
5. License Periods and Cancellations
Some products are offered as fixed-period licenses, one-time licenses, subscriptions, or free downloads. The available license period and cancellation method depend on the product and checkout page. If a product is subscription-based, you may cancel according to the instructions provided by the checkout provider or by contacting ACS Developer before the renewal date.

Some products are offered free of charge, including 0-yen downloads through Locany. Free products are provided “as is” without any warranty. We may discontinue, modify, or change the distribution method of free products at any time.
7. Support
Support availability differs by product, license, and service. Free products may have limited support. Paid licenses or support packs may include additional setup guidance or implementation support when stated on the product page.
8. No Guarantee of Results
ACS Developer does not guarantee search rankings, sales, revenue, traffic, business results, or uninterrupted operation. AI-generated content, SEO settings, forms, and development work must be reviewed by the user before publication or business use.
9. Refunds
